To guide your audience through your recommendation report, provide the following: title page (title, writer and reader information), introduction (purpose and background), discussion (compare/contrast), conclusion/recommendation, and works cited (or references) page. Refer to the Module 5 readings and sample recommendation reports for details concerning these sections. You will want to use short words, short sentences, and short paragraphs. You will also want to use as many visual elements, i.e., illustrative graphics, as seem appropriate to support your proposal.
