8-2 Final Project Milestone 2: Proposal First Draft

Instructions

The final project for this course is the creation of a proposal for an organizational design that both supports and empowers women in leadership. Throughout the course, students will examine the historical aspects of women in leadership; contemporary examples of women leaders and their management, leadership, and communication styles; and characteristics that are common among women leaders. Students will be examining personal and organizational characteristics of successful women leaders and using this examination to devise a model of organizational design and culture that supports women in leadership

Include the following in your first draft:

1.  Description of the design

2.  Graphical representation of the design

3.  Cultural elements

4.  Rationale for including the supporting elements for the design

You will incorporate information from the weekly journal reflection and analysis into this proposal.
