Prepare a 1,050 to 1,400-word informal “paper” using the format shown below in which you describe how research is used in your organization (or an organization with which you are familiar), and how it can be used more effectively. Be sure to detail the current research and areas in which you think more research is needed.

To accomplish this, think about how research is used in your organization (or an organization with which you are familiar) and how it can be used more effectively.  Then: 

1. List 3 areas where your organization is currently conducting research and provide a brief (150-200 word) description of each.  You may need to do research to find these areas.  (Hint:  saying that “we don’t have any” doesn’t earn any points.) 
2. List 3 areas in which you think more research is needed.  For each research area, provide a brief (150-200 word explanation of why the research is needed.
