Assignment 3: Discussion—Correctly Identifying Adjectives and Adverbs

In this assignment, you will improve description in your paragraph by including at least four adjectives and adverbs. You will also identify each word you add as either an adjective or an adverb. Finally, you will describe how these words enhanced your original paragraph. As you work on this assignment, you will realize how much the words you choose to create your descriptions can really affect their quality.

To complete this assignment, do each of the following in your initial post:

  • Paste a copy of the paragraph that you submitted to your instructor in M2: Assignment 3.( Attached below incase you deleted it) 
  • Then paste a second copy of the paragraph. In this second copy, add at least four descriptive words (adjectives and adverbs) to the paragraph.
  • Below your second (revised) paragraph, list each word that you added and identify it as an adjective or an adverb.
  • Finally, in two or three sentences, discuss how adding these words enhanced your paragraph.
