Contacting Leaders To Interview – Read Chapter 4 in you text book “Leadership from the Inside Out: Becoming a leader from life by Kevin Cashman, 2008. Contact a Leaders to Interview –the level of leaders you will interview is (middle managers in a hospital). Also, choose an aspect of leadership from the Cashman text topics (change mastery).

Note: The interviews you conduct should be in person. You will be conducting your interviews in week 3 or 4 of the class. You may use some of the questions developed in the reflection exercises in the text in the chapter on your topic.

You shoul request and schedule 45-minute interviews with two different leaders.Interview leaders should be at your learning group’s chosen level (middle level in a Hospital), and center both interviews on our group’s chosen aspect of leadership (Change Mastery).

Write up your interview focus. You instructor will provide feedback on your interview focus. Include the following information in APA format with an introduction

oState your intended purpose for the interview. Provide an explanation of the topic and why you chose it.

oWhat level leadership are you interviewing? (Middle Managers)

oOutline your schedule for both interview sessions, include the names and titles of the leaders with date and time of interview. If you have not been able to solidify your schedule, please include a report of your progress.

oList the interview questions you plan to use and creating an insightful interview protocol from your chosen aspect of leadership.

oEdit and spell check your work before submitting to the assignment area.
