I do believe that Little Big Corporation is and should be responsible for the accident that Stuart had. This would be due to the corporation having insurance for the drivers of their delivery trucks. When you have a business that requires you to make deliveries, it would only be wise for the Little Big Corporation to ensure their trucks as well as a blanket policy that covers whoever they hire to drive those trucks. I would think that it is some sort of a corporate type contract covers the company, their vehicles, and its drivers. It does not seem reasonable for the Little Big Corporation to think that they would not be responsible for the actions of the person/persons that they put on the road to handle their deliveries for their business.
