Have you ever been either a change leader or a change agent? If so, how did the culture of the organization influence your approach? If not, create a hypothetical scenario with you as a change leader and describe how the culture may influence your approach.  Embed course material concepts, principles, and theories, which require supporting citations, along with at least two scholarly peer-reviewed references in supporting your answer.
