Ryan, Punishment in my workplace is using the UCMJ article, going to Captains Mast/Article 15 or Courts Martial depending on the charge and if charged you will at times receive half months pay times two , restriction of 30 days (sometimes more or less), reduction in rank. Personnel in the military can also go to the military brig depending on the charges and as well can be dismissed from the military (again depending on the charge)
