For this assignment, develop a plan for enrollment management for this institution. This is a two part assignment: You will submit a PowerPoint presentation as well as a written summary to your instructor.

Include the following:

• Your enrollment management plan must include annual objectives for the next 3-5 years.
• Address the changes necessary to achieve these objectives.
• Note anything that might create unique challenges in this effort and discuss the resources available for this effort.
• Finally, define the outcomes you expect to achieve by implementing your program, and the measures you will use to determine the degree to which your program is successful.
• In addition to the written plan, develop a visual presentation in which you present the plan to a key group of stakeholders at the institution.
