Students will be examining personal and organizational characteristics of successful women leaders and using this examination to devise a model of organizational design and culture that supports women in leadership. Milestone 3: Application in Module Nine, you will submit a detailed analysis (2–4 pages) of how your current organization would be impacted if your proposed design was implemented there.
