4. Discuss and analyze what a company needs to look for in their strategy. Discuss the patterns of actions and business approaches that define a company’s strategy Discuss and provide real examples. (Chapter 1)

5. Discuss, analyze and compare the 5 questions asked to evaluate a firm’s resource and ability to compete.Provide real examples. (Chapter 4)

6. Define each of the four types of a SWOT. Why would a SWOT be performed? Provide and analyze a “real” world companies SWOT analysis. (Chapter 4)
