Pretend you are a marketing manager at a company that interests you (so pick a company that serves multiple segments and it could be any company you want). You are tasked with identifying different segments who use your product (see segmentation slide and use different combinations of these to develop and identify several segments).Next, see the targeting slide, and organize the segments based on the criteria that are useful in establishing target audiencesLastly, draw a positioning map for one of these segments using the two most important attributes that this segment cares about. See the beer example in the chapter 4 slide set. (You can do this in word very easily by clicking insert, shapes, and using the lines to create this two dimensional graph.
