They had called him in other to have an appointment with him so as to renew his benefit, but his number on file was not current and he missed his appointment. Now he is getting another letter that his benefit will be discontinued. I want to help him. I made a call to the department, but no one answered, I told him to drive to their office, but he does not drive, I finally spoke with someone from that department and they changed his number and decided to call him to reinstate his benefit
