Option #1: Leading Oneself

Reflect on each of these components of your leadership in a 3- to 4-page paper, following the APA. Using a specific leadership context in which you have participated, analyze the outcomes of your leadership. Conclude with two to three specific goals that you will set over the next six weeks of class to improve your self-knowledge so you can lead others more effectively.

Cite at least two scholarly sources in addition to your texts to support your ideas.
