Module  Assignment

For this assignment, you will be discussing customer and business buyer behavior.

·       Start by defining what psychological, social, and situational factors have an influence on customer and business buyer behavior. Provide at least three examples wherein a customer might experience each.

·       Next, describe a time wherein you had difficulties deciding which item to purchase among many choices. What were you choosing between? What made the choice difficult? Were you looking for alternatives?

·       Finally, conclude with a summary of what factors ultimately influenced your decision and why.

Your paper must include:

·       A title page and reference page formatted according to APA

·       At least two citations per page.

·       A minimum of three outside references

·       A minimum of three pages of content formatted according to APA.
