She complains of frequent vaginal bleeding that occurs after sexual encounters has been presenting for about 3 months. She denies, fever, or urinary difficulties, claims to have a decent appetite, and sleeps well when she is not menstruating. On examination vaginal was noted several polyps, each about 7 mm in diameter.

primary diagnosis

Polyp of vagina ICD 10: N84.2

They frequently produce no symptoms. Symptoms include irregular menstrual bleeding, bleeding between periods, abnormally heavy menstrual bleeding (menorrhagia), and vaginal bleeding after menopause, depending on where they occur. Bleeding from the polyp’s blood vessels contributes to increased blood loss during menstruation as well as blood “spotting” between periods or after menopause. Pain (dysmenorrhea) can occur if the polyp protrudes from the cervix into the vagina.

Cystocele, unspecified

When the wall between the bladder and the vagina weakens, it is called a cystocele. The bladder may sink or sag into the vaginal opening as a result of this. Things that put strain on the pelvic muscles could cause it. The severity of the cystocele determines the course of treatment.

Vaginal prolapse

Vaginal prolapse occurs when the vaginal wall falls out of place. Women who have had multiple vaginal deliveries during delivery, have gone through menopause, smoke, or are overweight are more likely to have this condition. As you become older, your chances of suffering a prolapse rise as well.

3. Condyloma

The medical term for genital warts is condyloma. Warts on the genital area are soft, noncancerous growths that can appear on the outside or inside of your vaginal or anus canals, as well as inside the cervix (the lower part of the uterus that connects to the vagina).

4. Cervical Malignancy

Cervical cancer is a cancer that develops in the cells of the cervix, which is the lower section of the uterus that attaches to the vaginal canal. Most cervical cancers are caused by different strains of the human papillomavirus (HPV), a sexually transmitted infection.
