For this assignment, submit your final draft of the grant proposal you developed for the discussion in Unit 9. Make revisions based on the feedback you received on the previous draft from your instructor and peers.

Your grant proposal must include the following components:

• Title page and abstract (maximum 100 words).
• Letter of intent.
• Need statement (clearly state the need and the reasons awarding the grant is justified).
• Project or program description.
  • Explain your goals and objectives and how you will achieve them.
  • List the persons responsible for administering the grant and what each will do.
  • Provide a timeline for implementation of the grant.
• Evaluation plan.
• Budget request and justification.
• Capability of the organization.
• Future funding plans to sustain the project or program.
• Conclusion.
