You are the General Manager. You are writing a proposal that will in some way benefit this organization/company/department your group has created.However, please remember this is an individual project. You are writing and re-searching this assignment solely by yourself.For this project, I am giving you the freedom to define your audience.

You must decide who the audience is for this proposal. The first step of this process is to decide if this will be an Internal Proposal (within the organization) or External Proposal (written for a separate individual or organization outside your own). This choice will also narrow down who your audience is.

While there are many types of proposals, keep it to one of these categories:+ Suggestion Proposal. This could be a suggestion for change within your organization or an entity outside your organization.+ Client Proposal. Think of this as the bid or sales proposal.+ Grant Proposal. You are requesting funding from another entity, likely another organization or government body.
