Discussion topic for Chapters 6 and 7: Learning and Memory

Choose one of these options and fully explain your answer in your post. Your post should be at least a long paragraph (4-5 sentences). In your post, you must apply a concept from the textbook. Put the concept in bold print.

Option 1: Discuss a behavior you would like to change. Tell what the behavior is, then talk about each of the four steps in the self-modification program. Identify two reinforcers to use in your behavior modification program that will help you stay on track.

Option 2: Even when people are together and experiencing the same event, they will recall the event in different ways. Do you agree that our experiences are subjective? Why or why not? How does the reconstructive nature of memory help to shape the difference in recall among people who were at the same event?
