This chapter provides a lot of really great information on management development and how important it is within any organization! I would like to pose a question for the class to respond. At what levels within an organization should management development training be offered? Do you think that this type of training should only be offered to current managers or do you think that management development training should be something that is offered to all employees for their future benefit or management opportunities? Why?
