- What new insights did you gain about your personal, professional, and academic goals and your expectations for achieving those goals?
- How will you incorporate these new insights into future coursework to ensure you progress in your learning through critical thinking, incorporation of professor feedback, and reflection?
- What important business research findings, theories, and trends did you identify in the areas of CSR/sustainability, change, culture, and technology in 21st-century organizations? How might this new knowledge inform your upcoming dissertation project?
- What is the difference between knowledge consumption and knowledge creation, and how did these processes inform your learning in this course? Provide examples.
- What feedback do you have about this course and what advice would you give to new PhD students enrolling at NCU?
Document your reflection with answers to the above questions either in a paper or in a video that you record in Kaltura. Submit your paper or video, along with a copy of your reflection journal with entries from Weeks 2-7.

Your paper/video should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts presented in the course and provide new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic.
