An incremental analysis focuses on the change in revenue, cost, and volume that will result from a particular action.

Explain how the lines on the graph and the break-even point would change if (a) the selling price per unit decreased, (b) fixed cost increased throughout the entire range of activity portrayed on the graph, and (c) variable cost per unit increased.

Provide a brief introduction of yourself and explain your experience with higher education laws specific to student affairs. Be sure to explain the purpose of the law and institutional ramifications for noncompliance.

According to Kaplin and Lee (2009), postsecondary institutions have become breeding grounds for litigation, particularly related to the practice of student affairs. Based on your experience and what you learned during this module, explain your perception of why legal issues have increased among postsecondary institutions. Identify two legal issues in student affairs and assess whether these issues signify a lack of responsibility and/or regulatory defiance by the institutions.
