1. Research and describe the framework

2. Create a clinical scenario and use the chosen theoretical nursing framework as a guide in the planning and delivery of patient care/interventions.

3. Based on the scenario, develop a culturally sensitive Education Plan* for the patient upon discharge, utilizing the chosen theoretical nursing framework.

4. Include the various concepts in the description.
