I need help cleaning this up to make sense and be very professional take out what is not needed put in what would make a very great letter of recommendation.

It is with great pleasure that I write a letter of recommendation for Dr. Christina Connors as a candidate position as a principal in your school district.

I am a parent at the school. I’m a mother of ten eight boys and two girls. I have had the splendid opportunity to know Dr. Connors for about five years, she has without a doubt been very helpful with my three older children who have and two still attending the school. Seeing the school grow is one of my wishes since the growth of the school will also mean my children will get the best education. Besides education, parents always want to make sure that their children get the best care and opportunities. Parents understand that children can be difficult at times and having a principal that genuinely cares about children is one of the best things that can happen to a school. I am confident that she will provide excellent leadership to any Institution. She will transform the school into a state-of-the-art educational center, where children get more than just the education.

Dr. Connors brings a personal touch with her. She is very passionate about helping children, often those who the society considers troubled. Dr. Connors uses her past education and skills as a SPED teacher to help when needed. she exceeds basic job responsibilities she doesn’t just do assistant principal duties but uses her skills wherever it is needed. My second older is a SPED student and she gives him hope when he is discouraged.

Dr. Connors has also dedicated her time and resources to understanding children beyond the classroom. she has a great passion for children, and she takes pride in seeing them excel. As a result, she has started a culture at the school for understanding students’ backgrounds, including how their home environments affect their growth and development. she is passionate about understanding the social life of students, always going out of the way to work with parents to help children become the best versions of themselves. she uses a wholesome approach to education, and this ensures children’s growth both intellectually and socially.

Dr. Connors would be a great asset to any school. Based on what she has done for the community and the school, as well as from my interactions with her, I know that she is an incredible person. she has proved, time and again, that she is the leader that any school would fancy having. she has a fantastic personality, and her relationship with other teachers is also fantastic.
